The Zoning Hearing Board is convened on an as-needed basis, typically the third Monday of the month at 7:30 pm.  Hearings are held before the Zoning Hearing Board on matters of requests for special exceptions and/or variances to the Zoning Ordinance.  Prior to the Zoning Hearing, the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors review Zoning Hearing applications.  Click here for the listing of 2018 meetings.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hold a hearing on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 7:30 pm to hear the application of Mark S. Davis, 549 Brandamore Road, for variances from the Zoning Ordinance of 2003, as amended and restated, to increase impervious coverage for a non-conforming lot, the area of an accessory structure used in a home occupation, and the number of non-resident employees.  Click here for the complete legal advertisement.  The hearing will be held in the meeting room of the Township Administration Building, 500 Suplee Road.

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate.

Zoning Ordinance

The Zoning Ordinance of 2003 was adopted with the passing of Ordinance 104-2003 (through Ordinance #190-2017, passed on 9/13/2017).  It is known as Chapter 27 in the Township Code of Ordinances.  Click here to see Chapter 27.  All ordinances passed through September 13, 2017 have been codified into Chapter 27.  Check the Ordinances page for ordinances passed since that time, or click on the “New Laws” tab on the General Code site.
