The Zoning Hearing Board is convened on an as-needed basis, typically the third Monday of the month at 7:30 pm. Hearings are held before the Zoning Hearing Board on matters of requests for special exceptions and/or variances to the Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Hearing Board approved the variance application #2018-12 of Ivan and Barbara Ann Fisher, 590 Beaver Dam Road, from the provisions of Section 27-1035.D.2. of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, to construct an Agricultural building within the sideyard setback on Monday, January 28 at 7:30 pm. The Honey Brook Township Zoning Hearing Board approved the application of Mobile Realty 3, LLC, on March 18, 2019, variances to the Honey Brook Township Zoning Ordinance of 2003, as amended, Sections 27-1306.1.A., B., & D. and 27-1303.6, in order to exceed permitted disturbance limitations in the Steep Slope Conservation District and in the Woodlands and Hedgerows and to permit expansion of an existing Mobile Home Park (located at 2222 Horseshoe Pike) in a prohibitive slope area.
