The Chester County Community Collaborative and Chester County Women’s Commission are hosting the 5th Annual Chester County Single Mothers’ Conference and Expo on Saturday April 22, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Henderson High School, 400 Montgomery Avenue, West Chester, PA 19380.
