Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting AND Public Hearings for Proposed Ordinances #197- & 199-2019

The Board of Supervisors holds its regular meetings on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the meeting room of the Township Administration Building, 500 Suplee Road. Conditional Use and other public hearings may also be held in conjunction with Regular Board meetings.
The Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings on, and consider for enactment, the following at their Regular Meeting on July 10, 2019 at 7:00 pm:
- Proposed Ordinance #197-2019, amending Chapter 27 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Township Code of Ordinances with respect to brew pubs, microbreweries, microdistilleries, and wineries; commercial vehicle parking; permit administration; kennels; commercial establishments; sidewalks; lot, yard, & height requirements; outdoor storage and display areas; parking requirements; interior access drives; accessory use setbacks; noncommercial antennas & towers; home occupations; Open Space design option; Elder Cottage Housing Opportunity (ECHO) dwellings; wetland margins; and steep slope & riparian corridors. This hearing was originally scheduled to take place during the Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting on February 13, 2019, and was postponed to July 10, 2019. - Proposed Ordinance #199-2019, amending Chapter 27 (Zoning Ordinance) to change the zoning classification of nine (9) parcels from the Mixed Use Residential (MUR) district to the Mixed Use Commercial (MUC) district. Click here to see the legal advertisement.
The public is invited to attend and participate. Complete copies of the proposed ordinances are available for inspection at the Honey Brook Township Administration Office, 500 Suplee Road, during normal business hours.
