At the request of the applicant, the Honey Brook Township Zoning Hearing Board has postponed the hearing of the application of Mobile Realty 3, LLC, until March 18, 2019. This hearing was originally scheduled for November 12, 2018, rescheduled for December 10, 2018, and rescheduled yet again for February 25, 2019. However, the applicant has requested another rescheduling until March 18, 2019.
The applicant is seeking variances to the Honey Brook Township Zoning Ordinance of 2003, as amended, Sections 27-1306.1.A., B., & D. and 27-1303.6, in order to exceed permitted disturbance limitations in the Steep Slope Conservation District and in the Woodlands and Hedgerows and to permit expansion of an existing Mobile Home Park (located at 2222 Horseshoe Pike) in a prohibitive slope area.
