The Zoning Update Joint Task Force’s final meeting of March 7 has been postponed to March 15, 2018 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the complete preliminary draft of the Township and Borough Zoning Codes as prepared by Brandywine Conservancy and the respective Planning Commissions.
The Honey Brook Township Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting on Thursday, April 5 at 6:00 pm about the proposed new Zoning ordinance. The purpose for the meeting is to present information to the public, address questions, and receive comments about the proposed ordinance which defines what residents can do with their property. John Theilacker of the Brandywine Conservancy, who has worked with the Planning Commission over the past two years to prepare this draft ordinance, will make the presentation that includes a summary of what’s proposed to be changed both in the regulations and on the zoning map, and what this means to property owners.
