The Honey Brook Township Zoning Hearing Board will hear two variance applications on Monday, August 17:
- Variance application #2020-3 of Amos L & Mary L Fisher seeks a variance from Section 27-1033.H(10)(b) of the 2018 Zoning Ordinance, as amended, in order to construct a Rural Occupation building with the side yard setback. Click here to see the legal ad in its entirety.
- Variance application #2020-4 of Melvin S Stoltzfus seeks a variance from Section 27-1703.A.6. of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, in order to construct an additional dwelling and barn in excess of the allowable impervious coverage. Click here to see the legal ad in its entirety.
Both hearings are open to the public. Please note that in accordance with the Board of Supervisors policy, masks or face coverings must be worn inside the Township Administration Building at all times.
