An application for approval of a Sewage Facilities Planning Module has been prepared on behalf of the Honey Brook Estates Development at 3531 Horseshoe Pike for submittal to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protections (PADEP). The project proposes 38 lots for the construction of 37 single-family homes plus one lot for recreation/open space. The proposed method of sewage disposal is connection to the Northwestern Chester County Municipal Authority (NCCMA) public sanitary sewer system, with a projected wastewater flow of 9,250 gallons per day or 37 estimated daily units (EDUs). The module is available for public viewing at the Honey Brook Township Administration Office, 500 Suplee Road, Honey Brook, beginning today through December 2, 2020, during normal business hours.
