The Honey Brook Township Zoning Hearing Board will hear application #2021-1, of Ferdous Jan, on Monday, February 15, March 1, 2021, at 7:30 pm in the Township Administration Building’s meeting room, 500 Suplee Road. The applicant is seeking a special exception to Section 27-1102.C(2) of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, in order to allow a change to the second non-conforming use of the property at 1250 Walnut Road from agricultural to commercial use in the existing garage on the property. In the alternative, the applicant seeks a variance to Section 27-602.A to allow a second principal use on the property, a business use.
