Zoning Hearing #2021-2, an application of Matthew Dunn, is scheduled for 7:30 pm. The applicant is applying for a variance to Section 27-1002.B.(1) of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, in order to allow a free-standing accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on a non-conforming lot at 207 Cupola Raod (TPN 22-8-21).
Zoning Hearing #2021-3, an application of Home Courts Advantage, LLC, is scheduled for 8:00 pm. The applicant is applying for variances to Sections 27-2104.A, C, E, F, G, and 27-2106.C and D of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, in order to expand a non-conforming mobile home community at 2160 Horseshoe Pike (TPN 22-8-85.1B).
These hearings are open to the public. All attendees must wear face coverings or masks while in the building, and seating is limited in the meeting room.
