Zoning Hearing #2021-1 – CONTINUED

ZH 2021-1, application of Ferdous Jan, a special exception to Section 27-1102.C(2) of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, in order to allow a change to the second non-conforming use of the property at 1250 Walnut Road (TPN 12-4-3) from agricultural to commercial use of the existing garage on the property. In the alternative, the applicant seeks a variance to Section 27-602.A to allow a second principal use on the same property as a business use.
