Zoning Hearing #2021-3, an application of Home Courts Advantage, LLC, is scheduled for 8:00 pm. The applicant is applying for variances to Sections 27-2104.A, C, E, F, G, and 27-2106.C and D of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, in order to expand a non-conforming mobile home community at 2160 Horseshoe Pike (TPN 22-8-85.1B).
On July 26, the applicant submitted a revised application to seek variances from Sections 27-2104.E and 27-2106.B. The applicant requested postponement of the hearing to September 20, 2021, time to be announced.
