Zoning Hearing #2021-3, an application of Home Courts Advantage, LLC, is scheduled for 8:00 pm. The applicant is applying for variances to Sections 27-2104.A, C, E, F, G, and 27-2106.C and D of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, in order to expand a non-conforming mobile home community at 2160 Horseshoe Pike (TPN 22-8-85.1B).
The applicant requested postponement of this hearing. The new hearing date is May 17, 2021.
