(including, but not limited to, minimum lot area, minimum lot width at the street line, and minimum rear yard setback), in order to develop 166 units (83 twin homes) at 2351 Chestnut Tree Road (22-8-68.5) in the MUR – Mixed-Use Residential zoning district.
At the Board of Supervisors meeting on August 11, the applicant narrowed the scope of variances to 27-503.A.2 and 27-503.4.b. The applicant requested postponement of their hearing to September 20, 2021, time to be announced.
