Zoning Hearing #2021-4
ZH 2021-4, application of Kevin Burkholder, special exception to Section 27-1033 of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, in order to operate a Limited-Impact Home Occupation at 307 Dampman Road (TPN 22-7-103). Scheduled for March 22, 2021 at 7:30 pm in the Township Administration Building’s meeting room, 500 Suplee Road. The hearing is open to the public, but seating is limited within the meeting room. Masks are required while in the building.

ZH 2021-3, application of Home Courts Advantage, LLC, variance to Sections 27-2104.A, C, E, F, G, and 27-2106.C and D for the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, in order to expand a non-conforming mobile home community at 2160 Horseshoe Pike (TPN 22-8-85.1B). Please note: this hearing, originally scheduled for March 1, 2021, has been postponed. A new date has yet to be announced.
