Manager/Secretary, Warren K. Obenski:  Responsible for the day-to-day administration of Township business including finances, budgeting, staff, and overseeing the provision of all Township services. manager@honeybrooktwp.org

Administrative Staff, Kristy Deischer-Eddy and Kris Bry:  The office staff provides customer service and a wide variety of administrative functions including permit processing and record keeping.  info@honeybrooktwp.com

Engineer, Michael Reinert, Technicon Enterprises Inc.:  Prepares designs for roads, bridges, and storm water systems. Reviews land development and subdivision plans.  Works closely with the Township Manager, Planning Commission, Board of Supervisors and other government and regulatory agencies.

Building Code Official and Zoning Officer, Technicon Enterprises Inc.: Responsible for the enforcement of zoning, building and property maintenance codes.

Solicitor, Beth Kohl, Esq., Barley Snyder:   Provides the Board of Supervisors and Manager with legal opinions and guidance.  Represents the Township in a variety of legal proceedings.

Solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Board, Christopher Hartman, Esq., Hartman, Valeriano, Magovern and Lutz LLC:  Provides the Zoning Hearing Board with legal opinions and guidance and oversees Zoning Hearings.

Treasurer, Peter Barsz:  Provides detailed accounting of all receipts and expenses, develops and oversees all cash handling and disbursement procedures, and prepares payroll.

Public Works Director, Don Johnson:  Don Johnson and the full-time staff of Carl Brown, Kevin Kennedy, and Jeffrey Paulson are responsible for the maintenance of Township roads, storm sewers, street signs, Township buildings and grounds including James A. Umble Memorial Park.

Emergency Management Coordinator, Robert Esposito, Jr.:  Prepares plans and executes them to assist the community in the event of a natural or manmade disaster.


Please note that there is a drop box for after-hours deliveries. From the main entrance (which is behind the building, away from Suplee Road), you can see the box on the edge of the parking lot as you proceed to exit, as shown.
