The PC is an advisory body that reviews the following applications and then recommends action to the Board of Supervisors on:
- Land development, subdivision, and annexation plans,
- Zoning Applications for Conditional Use and Special Exceptions and/or Variances, and
- Proposed amendments to the Township’s Zoning Ordinance and the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO).
The PC meets at 7:00 pm on the 4th Thursday of each month from January through October and on the 2nd Thursday in November and December. Meeting Portal for agendas and minutes as of 2023.
The filing deadline for preliminary and final subdivision, land development and annexation plans is at Noon, 30 calendar days prior to the meeting date. The deadline for sketch plans is Noon, 5 business days prior to the meeting date.
